The team has been involved in the set-up & management of collaborative research & innovation projects since FP4 and has a proven track record of its experience, among which participation in the coordination of 55 FP6 projects, 46 FP7 projects and 10 H2020 projects.

Main Tasks in PULSE-COM

AYMING main tasks in PULSE-COM is to support the coordinator CNR for administrative and financial coordination as well as manage the stakeholder group to maximize dissemination and exploitation of project results.

Fabienne Brutin is head of Operations of Grants department within international consultancy company, Ayming. Fabienne Brutin has been managing department dedicated to the engineering and coordination of R&D funded projects for 10 years. As chemistry engineer, Fabienne started her career at RHODIA/SOLVAY in the Environment/Process engineering Department. After 20 years spent in the engineering consulting and project management, her fields of expertise are wide: design of projects’ strategic outline and consortium build-up (proposal set-up and submission to funding bodies, consortium management, project structuring, proposal writing) and management of collaborative, technical, administrative, contractual and financial aspects, development of strategic activities linked to Innovation (knowledge protection and valorisation, networking, dissemination, communication and standardization). Fabienne Brutin is PMP® (Project Management Professional) certified project manager.

Fabienne BRUTIN

Jean HERISSON, Ph.D, has spent 10 years in the world of cement and concrete studying the impact of microorganisms in extreme environments, including sewer networks. His studies, based on chemistry, biology, environment and material (culture heritage) has made him a scientist able to work in multidisciplinary environments. His experience with standardization committees, scientific networking thought RILEM working groups and the different industrial projects he was responsible of, have oriented him toward the consulting in the field of innovation. He is now consultant for Ayming in the Grant department.
